South End’s goal is to provide maintenance on your home to help the systems last longer, have cleaner air, more efficiently, prevent issues before an emergency, and ensure your family’s safety. 

• Wash outdoor unit
• Clean indoor unit
• Check wiring and electrical components 
• Check and clean the drain
• Check air filters 
• Clean leaves and debris from the condenser unit
• Replace filters for the owner if needed
• Check fan motor 
• Check duct work 
• Check airflow 
• Priority scheduling is included
• 2 inspections per year  

Yearly cost $180 

The bi-annual cost is $90 (once in spring and once in the fall)

The monthly cost is $17

Additional units are $90 each

Maintenance Program

South End’s goal is to provide maintenance on your home to help the systems last longer, have cleaner water, and more efficient water heaters, prevent issues before it’s an emergency, and ensure your family’s safety. 

• Inspect water and drain system for leaks 
• Camera main line in the yard (only if cleanout is available)
• Flush water heater/tankless  
• Inspect all stops and shutoffs 
• Inspect  toilet tanks and base seals 
• Inspect caulk on shower valves 
• Inspect all faucets and fixtures for leaks
• Inspect water spigots for leaks 
• Check the water pressure on your main water system
• Priority scheduling is included 
• 1 inspection per year
