Commercial Project Manager
South End Heating & Air is pleased to announce that our company is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our dedicated team. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect from us.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cost budgeting, ordering materials, overseeing the daily performance of the project, writing up change orders, keeping our projects on track to meet the owners schedule, site supervision, reviewing job cost reports, working with our billing department to forecast end of month billing on each of our projects. We pride ourselves on being a local company that values expertise and professionalism in the HVAC field.

Qualifications:
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in strategic planning, leadership, communication, risk management, budget control.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Strong field background with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
